Trainers Chatroom February 28, 2007

Training Topic:
Training outside sales reps to use PowerPoint to createmore effective presentations. We will show "before" slides(representingwhat sales reps are currently using), provide instructions on thefunctions, then show the "after" slides.
Functions to be trained:
(1) Pros and cons of 3 chart types (bar, column,pie);
(2) Visually appealing backgrounds;
(3) Proper formatting (usingappropriate font and amount of text on slide).

We also kicked around theidea of inserting an actual photo, or animation, or audio as alternativefunctions.
